Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice explains how Spira LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with a registered address at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("Spira LLC", "we", "us"), handles personal data in connection with the Sellie service at sellie.app.

Our role

Spira LLC is the data controller for the personal data described here: we decide what data is collected and why. Where we use suppliers to process data on our behalf, they act as our processors under contract. Paddle, our Merchant of Record, acts as a separate controller for the payment data it collects at checkout.

Personal data we collect and why

• Account data (name, email address, login credentials or Google account identifier) — to create and secure your account and sign you in. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
• Interview answers and generated content (your business, audience, offer, voice notes, strategy, calendar, hooks) — to generate and store your 30-day strategy and allow you to edit and export it. Legal basis: performance of our contract.
• Purchase and entitlement data (order reference, purchase status, email used at checkout) — to unlock the product you bought and support your order. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation.
• Support messages — to answer your questions. Legal basis: contract and legitimate interests.
• Technical and usage data (IP address, device and browser information, log and error data, feature usage) — to keep the Service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, diagnose faults, and improve the product. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Marketing preferences — if you opt in, to send product updates. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

AI processing

To generate your strategy we send your interview answers to our AI model provider, which processes them on our behalf solely to return the generated content. We do not sell your data and we do not use your business answers to train third-party public models.

Who we share data with

• Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, database and authentication infrastructure, AI model provider, email delivery, error monitoring and analytics tooling.
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of the product, payments, invoicing, tax compliance, refunds, and related support.
• Professional advisers — legal and accounting, where necessary.
• Authorities — where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

International transfers

We are based in the United States and our providers may process data in the US and other countries. Where data is transferred from the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an applicable adequacy decision.

Retention

We keep account and strategy data for as long as your account is active, and for up to 24 months after your last activity, so you can return to your strategy. Purchase and tax records are kept for as long as required by law (typically seven years). After that, data is deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete your account and strategy data sooner.

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, encryption at rest with our infrastructure provider, row-level access controls so each customer can only reach their own data, role-restricted administrative access, and least-privilege credentials.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, and — for UK/EEA residents — complain to your supervisory authority. US state privacy laws may also give you rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or targeted advertising (we do not sell personal data). Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies and similar local storage to keep you signed in and to keep the app secure; these cannot be switched off without breaking the Service. If we add analytics or marketing cookies, we will ask for your consent first and give you a way to change your preferences. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings.

Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
